Hello! My name is Blaze, but I go by Blazey or BlazeitChan! I’ve been cosplayer for the past 8 years but I have always had a passion for hair and make-up, so cosplaying wasn’t a far stretch for me.

From a young age, my brothers got me into the classics of anime and video games, and when I realized as a teen I could dress up as those characters I loved so much, I got excited.
Soon after I attended my first convention, Valhalla Con 2014, I was obsessed. From then on I’ve traveled all over the east coast for different conventions, even hosting panels and being a guest 
for a couple of local cons!

After COVID hit I took a break from everything while the world healed but now I’m back and ready to continue my passion and learn new things. Cosplay to me is my hobby and my passion. It’s for any and everybody who wants to appreciate their favorite characters and show love for them. I am excited to continue on this path and do bigger and better things in the next few years.

Cosplay is my life, and it gives me an outlet to learn to love myself, and I believe anyone who’s questioning or wanting to try it should give it a shot. It’s so worth it and to me, it gave me the confidence to grow into who I am today, and gave me this incredible opportunity to work with the Variant. Take that leap of faith and give it a try!
